Lost another 40 nergy now trying to launch a mission but getting this error message on the screen bellow when trying to launch the mission in game. I Noticed around 5mins later after trying to launch over and over  that it kept using up my energy without even entering the mission.

So much resources wasted the past couple of days after the patches, Im seriously done with this game for now,  ill check back in a couple of days. and hopefully see this fixed.

the total loss yes i have been keeping count, is around 16 arena tokens in total, 2 clan boss keys, and around 247+ energy in total and 120+ gems to re-fill both energy and a pack of arena tokens, over the past days including this one, wich is the worst day of them all. If resources wouldnt have been lost due to all theese disconnects i would be fine with it, but as it stands right now its to much. 


Its sad i was ennjoying the game up until now. :(

I have a good internet connection and play on a high-end Chromebook, the issue is not on our end..




Anyway, here's a screenshot of what I'm getting, i've re-installed the app multiple times at this point, reset my router, and my Chromebook as well. I just returned to the game yesterday, I was an open beta player and I supported this app as well... not looking very likely like I'll stick around. Oh and if this is all because the server was/is down, then why can't I find out if the server is up or down anywhere I look.

Adding mine to the stack.  The game has been bouncing all day.  Updates? Resolutions? Acknowledgements?

I am getting the same message as Cloudshadowx but I also sometimes get failure to connect which is funny since everything else I do on the internet is working without any problems.

I am going to repeat here, I read somewhere they made more than US$ 3 MILLION already...it is beyond comprehension not hiring ppl and hardware to support your players. Are you waiting for the game player base death? I hope you give us a very good compensation for the last days...ppl pay subscriptions, buy packs, energy, crystals, etc and we are all losing time and money!!! Unfortunately I spent money here, but maybe I can cancel the charges and/or get a refund from Apple.

LOL, just realized I probably wasted tons of energy on Mino15 without actually getting the scrolls, since it is a pain in the a to keep track of the won scrolls. Pff, was a mistake to think the game was worth spending money on after playing f2p for a few weeks.

Only been playing this 5 days and so many "Check your internet connection"  issues., obviously server load issues, not my perfectly good internet connection.

Disappointing to say the least, clearly the patch has not been tested

Same here....last 2 days freeze and disconnect lost alot energy points got 1700 now 180 left

Yup, gonna have to jump in this line as well.  Lost 2 boss keys and at least 60 energy (I quit keeping count).  Am scared to open shards as it will be the one time where I pull legendaries and then get disconnected and the results do not get saved.  It was getting to the point where I would be in a mission and beat the last wave and then it would hang and disconnect or even just hang and disconnect as soon as I started a mission.

At least I am not the only one trying to do Campaign battles for Tourney Points but got kicked off all my other online apps are working just fine just this one won't connect

The server maintenance msgs always appear in game before it will happen. If you faced something issue with this msg pls contact with us.

Will there be a fix soon and refund for lost resources? None of my tournament points are being counted either

Servers have gone to sh*t since the update. Well they were always kinda sh*tty. But they sure raised their bar on that status real quick smh

It has been down for a few hours now and there hasn't been a word from the devs. No word of when the issue might be fixed. I get that things happen and it's unfortunate, but being kept in the dark is far worse. If the game is going to be down for a day at least TELL us that, so we can stop wondering.

Why would you put in timed bonus incentives and take that time doing maintenance? Come on Plarium! Surely this isn't lost on you! Imagine being one of many players that logs in 8-10x a day to hit some mark in a certain amount of time, to get better items or upgraded characters, only to find your efforts are all wasted and you can't get that silver, artifact or anything you put your time and effort into. I just logged in to find I can't buy a void shard that is available for sale in the market. By the time your maintenance is complete I will have lost that opportunity to snag a void shard by sheer chance! Your timing stinks!

Broken here as well. Been having tons of issues with the game for days. Support has been a joke at best.

this much consistent issues why do you keep spending gems etc right now?
