Lost another 40 nergy now trying to launch a mission but getting this error message on the screen bellow when trying to launch the mission in game. I Noticed around 5mins later after trying to launch over and over that it kept using up my energy without even entering the mission.
So much resources wasted the past couple of days after the patches, Im seriously done with this game for now, ill check back in a couple of days. and hopefully see this fixed.
the total loss yes i have been keeping count, is around 16 arena tokens in total, 2 clan boss keys, and around 247+ energy in total and 120+ gems to re-fill both energy and a pack of arena tokens, over the past days including this one, wich is the worst day of them all. If resources wouldnt have been lost due to all theese disconnects i would be fine with it, but as it stands right now its to much.
Its sad i was ennjoying the game up until now. :(

I have a good internet connection and play on a high-end Chromebook, the issue is not on our end..Anyway, here's a screenshot of what I'm getting, i've re-installed the app multiple times at this point, reset my router, and my Chromebook as well. I just returned to the game yesterday, I was an open beta player and I supported this app as well... not looking very likely like I'll stick around. Oh and if this is all because the server was/is down, then why can't I find out if the server is up or down anywhere I look.
I am going to repeat here, I read somewhere they made more than US$ 3 MILLION already...it is beyond comprehension not hiring ppl and hardware to support your players. Are you waiting for the game player base death? I hope you give us a very good compensation for the last days...ppl pay subscriptions, buy packs, energy, crystals, etc and we are all losing time and money!!! Unfortunately I spent money here, but maybe I can cancel the charges and/or get a refund from Apple.

Me and my girlfriend got kicked out because of apparent server maintenance. But the battles we started did cost energy which isn't refunded. It's not the first time this happens.
Do announce your server maintenance and / or refund lost energy please

The server maintenance msgs always appear in game before it will happen. If you faced something issue with this msg pls contact with us.
