Is it possible to get a post or something when maintenance happens/when will it take place. If possible an ETA along with it. 

As well as something to let users know there is some sort of issue going on to warn them so they aren't wasting energy and CB keys. With an update afterwards saying the issue is resolved so we know when it's safe to play again. 

I get there's going to be hiccups, but communication like this goes a long way.

I've made a warning post in the Announcement Section of the Forum. But, unfortunately, I have no ETA. Fingers crossed, right now we are fixing the presumed root cause of the issue. I should also note we are planning to look into the matter of compensating people as the instability caused issues, but that is likely not going to happen earlier than tomorrow. Still, everyone on the Dev Team is in agreement, so we are going to update you guys once there is some solid information.

any way to play this game on laptop instead of phone?

Right now I can see the text for the 50 silver medals is fixed - it is saying 50 silver or gold medals now, but the gold medals are sill not counted for the mission. I have gained around 20 gold medals since the updated wording, but it is still 0/50.

Unbearable shortcomings of the player

Here are four intolerable drawbacks of the game: 

1 the game has no sweep mode, and in order to experience and artifact can only manually click into the duplicate copy, This will waste the player's time and will be very tired. 

2 The drop rate of the intermediate bottle used for sublimation is too low and the energy consumption is too high. So, it takes 80 to 90 of the energy to get an intermediate sublimated bottle. It is recommended to reduce the energy

3 games without a friend system, players other than non-real-time pvp, there is no interaction, and there is no mutual help game mode 

4 deequips need to spend money where is the rationality? Is it just to recycle the silver? It makes the game less playable, it's not good for players to switch gear to try strategic games

because I think the game itself is great, but there are a couple of fatal drawbacks. And do not want to make money just busy selling activities, and forget to do better games, I hope the game company can see my advice, but also hope you do better

之所以说这么多，是因为我认为游戏本身很棒，但是存在这几个致命的缺点，并且不希望为了赚钱只忙于出销售活动，而忘记将游戏做的更好，希望游戏公司能看到我的建议，也希望你们越做越好

why isn't there any news or a word in the patch notes about the level /difficulty  increase in the campaign??

You increased a brutal campaign boss level by more then 25%.

Is that because you want to force more players in to buying the ridiculous things in the shop?

Why does the "offers" always have to show up in your "face" every time you log in?

Note that we're supposed to get 6 stars equipment and legendary later.

I just guess that's why brutal is more difficult. (because with new equipment it would be too easy)
