Wondering if the daily login bonus is part of the game issues mentioned. When I logged in the game yesterday it was missing.

Thank you for the suggestion. There is a system that removes inactive players from the Classic Arena. Right now, we are considering making removal faster and making additional improvements in matchmaking overall.

Currently, there not supposed to be an issue with the daily login bonus system. Please contact our support if this problem ever repeats. Please add a screenshot with an active clock to verify the issue.

Is there an issue with Stag Knight in the summons? Is he not in the summoning pool? I’ve done over 200 ancient shards and have not received him. Probably got well over 20 epics and multiples of the other 10x epics. Numbers don’t seem right. I only ask because of the recent issue where Stag Knight was left out of the summons.

I have had a ticket in for over 6 hours after buying the 4th holiday pact #2 for $100 and then watching my system lock up with a "Not foundBundleException" error. Help - I am missing my shot at the Dragon torment and and Getting VIZER with shards. The only reason I spent more money is for this weekend. Thats $250 or so in 3 weeks getting ready for this. Cant believe I cant get my ticket addressed.  Help!!!

Stag Knight is an Epic champion that can be obtained freely in the game form Antient and Sacred shards. He has the same drop chance as any other Epic champion. The suspicion that you mentioned was already checked and debunked. Also, this weekend he was part of the x10 pull event. I wish you lucky pulls in the future shards.

Couple of pretty bad issues right now. Support link in game is not working so I'm posting them here. 

Just defeated boss on nightmare level for 3 stars but was only awarded 2.

Also getting screwed over in group arena.. taking g way more points away for losses than you ok u gain for wins

Neither of those is a bug or requires support. Probably, anyway - the nightmare boss thing is most likely because your fight took longer than 10 minutes? If you did actually meet *all* of the conditions required to get 3 stars and it's an actual bug, then indeed you should contact support. 

And in group arena, the number of points subtracted on a loss is equal to 20 minus the number added on a victory. So in a battle where you get +12 per win, you'd get -8 per loss. But in a battle where you'd get only +6 per win, it's -14 per loss (so 2 wins and 1 loss will be a net point loss).

The info button over summon champion via fragments tells me that the fragments can't be acquired anywhere. So what's the point of the whole thing. Champion is hordin

Can we stop with the battle camera spinning 90 degrees so much? Especially in arena?

I understand you want more of a 3D look, however when the camera in arena spins so that all the opposing champions line up, it causes all the damage numbers and effects to crash together and be completely unreadable.


Honestly, I would love for the camera to stop spinning so much or zooming in on AoE hits. It's seriously overkill, and especially on a phone, can cause some players vision issues.


I raised this issue on in-game support on my phone and got absolutely no reply save the bot.

Thank you for your feedback. While the change of camera angle is used to enhance certain actions, we understand that over time it might be a bit overwhelming the visual. I will forward your suggestion to our development team.

Hi I have been been on this game for a day and a half trying to get shards for the new character and I am doing everything in the tournaments and I am getting nowhere
