still banned. I think. if i try to login to check to see if the account was fixed... it just adds another 24+ hours to the tally. so, basically. Ive been banned indefinitely. is anyone else getting the same thing? its been about 4 days.

No response. Shape Up Plarium.
Is in my 3rd Day of lock out...
I realy hope you solve the ban problem before relising whale 1.13.5!

Still banned, 4th day now.
Still no respons from Support or anything else....
Locking forward to se what compensation I will get for this (if anny and if I will be unbanned)

Yeah i bought the Max level Battlepass Feb 12th, played for an hour or two, got banned for some effing reason, i got access the 14th, and EVERY EFFING THING is gone, progress, gems, creds, heroes, gear, avatars. I got a buttload of " i'm sowy " things in my Inbox, trash heroes in other words. I have sent 5 mails to the guys with proof of purchase and so on thinking " hey they are probably having some issues, but shouldn't be worse then restoring my purchase " but oh no, i get a effing copy - paste respond on mail,

Hi guys,
We restored the active BP to the unbanned players and all levels they received before the ban.
Those players, who got unbanned on the weekend and decided not to wait for a fix and bought another BP ("second") received Gems in the doubled equivalent of value.
Also, all the received Shards before the ban were restored.
If you still missing something, please, contact our Support Team.

Also RIP to anyone who bought the second battle pass and was said to have gotten paid double in gems to have only gotten $25 worth of gems and double RIP to those players who bought all the levels of the battle pass which was $99.99 to have gotten all those items taken away and never refunded the $99.99 or double that amount in gems.

Interesting thread to stumble upon.
Yet another example of why people are quitting this game in record numbers.
Whom ever owns this company cares about one thing and one thing only, the money you dump into this broken game.
They don’t read support tickets, they are busy watching the money being spent, crossing their fingers they will get a paycheck this week.
The game is doomed, and so are you if you keep spending cash on this game.
Trust me, I’m at the 7k Mark now, and I’m at my wits end.
These guys need to be regulated, and monitored by a third party that ensures fair play...none exist here...
