I feel sorry for you guys, that lost so much from the roll-back but atleast you get to play the game.


I can't even log back in to the game. All that happens is I get more time added to my temp-ban... 3 days now. The end-time just keeps getting pushed forward another day at a time.


Feels great :/


Edit: OH, and no feedback on my tickets what so ever, even though I posted a new one each time it got extended.

Lucky to get 10 mil and a sacred. I got a mailbox full of all the 1 stars I used the previous 2 days

Going on day 2 now of being banned. Why do you continue to have events with players still banned because of issues on your end. Bring the servers down and fix the shit for everyone.

Sucks to hear you guys are still banned. WTF is Plarium doing? Intentionally trying to sink this game? They should AT LEAST give some sort of update. Even though the compensation was a joke, at least I got unbanned. Can’t believe they haven’t taken care of this for you guys.

Yep bann now going on 3 day no news no nothing and I get the feeling they don't care. No updates no nothing we are treated like numbers not people. Without our support they will have nothing. If it was me I would have a team working on it 24 7 untill it was done with regular updates on what is going on. But we get nothing. I know things go wrong and communicating with those who are effected is import. If nothing else it shows you care.

Still waiting to get raid pass back. Didn't know I was getting reset and losing stuff until after it was done. 

No new information

 What's going on? 


allot people are quiting this game left and right. 

Feeling helpless and that you don't care about us players.

Still banned I’ve been banned since buying the Battle Pass on the 12th... Support either doesn’t exist or doesn’t care... A couple of krakens are about to take our over $20,000 USD someplace else if my account isn’t opened soon...

Why does our ban keep getting longer  1st i t was at Feb 14th then it was 15th 26 hours later then it jumped to the 17 plus a few more hours

I dont know and it is kinda ridiculous because you have some players that have been banned for going on 3 days including me.  that have put is support tickets and haven't gotten any response. I mean I know this is happening to a lot of people but they can at least  give us an ETA or an update on what ther doing to fix it

It’s been 3 days that I have been banned! No one is responding to my emails, your customer service is the WORST in the gaming industry! I have lost out on so may gold shards and progress in the game and if I don’t get compensated properly I will QUIT! Can someone please give me an update and unban my account!! Username: BigDaddy818

So basically you get a day added to your ban for checking to see if your account has been unbanned.

You said that to the accounts that they were unbanned you send the champion that summoned till the ban the content of the offers that they bought and a compensation (10m silver + 1 sacred shard).

I would like to inform you that in my box I found only the champions that I summoned and nothing else !

I had the 5500 gems offer the daily gem progression 25 lvls battle pass and the rest of the lvls to completion !! 

I have send multiple e-mails to the support including photos of the receipts of my purchases and the photo of my account after I bought this offers .

Still I haven't received the items that I bought no compensation and no refund of the money that I paid ! 

Please I would like an answer !!!!

What more can I do?


This will make me lose or miss: 

Gem mine 15 gems a day 

Daily Revard Gems 

Battle Pass: Daily, weekly, points for levels  

Quests: Daily, Weekly, Monthly 

Inbasket: Things will get lost from inbasket (Valentie gifts and shop items) 

Dubble XP that was active that I never used due to ban. 

I will miss Fusion and all Valentine events 

x2 Shard pulls 

Arena Medals 

Clan Boss Chests  

And so much more... 

 

All this and more due to a ban that isnt my fault!


Do I miss anything?

Nothing more you can do, I'm afraid. Not that I can think about atleast. I'm in the same spot as you.


Multiple tickets and several emails and no update, no reply, no nothing. Getting frustrated to say the least :/
