As far as I can see, your previous post has broken forum rules and was removed because of that. I can understand being frustrated, but that frustration needs to be expressed properly in accordance with the aforementioned rules.

It's unfortunate, but it's RNG and not connected to the technical issues. You'll get your Legendary Champion eventually, the majority of veteran players do simply because of how eventuality works. And the drop rates are available openly, you can view them in the Info tab of the Portal and calculate how many Ancient Shards it takes on average to summon a Legendary, then get an idea of where you are at.

Hi, im a raid player since the beta, and i see this games future possibility, but in this year i already past a same situation with Anthem on ps4...this games type need a continuos support and comunication to stay alive, but i think you know that. The problem in this moment (but is only my opinion) is caused by the locked section in the game (Sky tower, faction wars, another race...) because increase the hype but not introduce anymore.

Now, we not pretend the newest mode in the game anytime, but reading the last advice two time and see no changes make we tired and little angry, beacause we love your game and need news for continue to play. The farming, in long time become so tired.

In conclusion thx for your work, but please talk with us, just for not escape from our lovely raid.

Tbf I have crashed less lately but still odd one or two

Hey, did they fix the three star artifact drop rate issue yet? I'd like to finish 6.2 and 6.3 for the artifact mission, but around ten 3 stars per 150 attempts is to prohibitive. Given the fact that I have max stars in normal and brutal, I'm wondering if the rate 3 star gear drops in easy is nerfed to prevent silver farming? (please imagine any rude, vulgar, defamatory, accusatory and / or all caps insult you like here)

Hey there! It does appear that the fix was not enough to fully resolve the issue. QA and Support gathered a sizable list of people that are still affected, they are investigating it further. This particular bug is a non-trivial one and, unfortunately, fixing it is taking far longer than expected.

 
Compensation will definitely be provided, but we need to decide specifics once the problem itself is well and truly removed.

No, this hotfix contains no balance changes. The challenges that you speak of are due to be fixed in one of the upcoming Updates. We'll be sure to include that fix in the Patch Notes when it happens.

It was not profanity that your post was removed for, no. Though profanity can cause posts to be deleted as well - I adjust or remove it when I see it. And, as has been noted, compensation will be decided upon when the issue with stability is fixed.

I have no information on when they will become available as of now, but I expect there will be a teaser beforehand once we have a set date.
