So you are giving away free gifts to loyal players, great idea. How about helping out someone like me who lost my progress when I linked my account to facebook exactly as the game suggested? I have posted on the forum and sent support tickets in but nobody is doing anything. I love the game and have already started another account but i lost 20 dollars in start up bundles which is huge since I had better characters in the first start up. I changed my user name to Batmedic, linked to facebook and now I cant find my account.

Brand new players complaining that people who have spent hundreds of hours and months of time helping to play test the game get a little reward sounds like sour grapes . Accept the fact that you will never ever catch up to the long time players and/or big spenders and just have fun with the game , or leave it's up to you , just quit crying about it .

Raid: Shadow Legends has finally launched globally. We're incredibly excited, and we couldn't have done it without you. Seriously.

Some of you have only just joined us, while some of you have been with us for a while – since Raid was in Beta.

To those that are new, we hope you enjoy the journey, and we're happy to have you alongside us.

So I downloaded because it looked amazing and signed up for beta cause it’s helpful and teaches you as you go and more. Now it’s out in game land everywhere and never heard from you guys at all. Weird.

But great game. Biggest complaint is game is too hard to upgrade your characters - mugs and tomes are so hard to come by it’s lke winning lottery when you get one.

Please think this part over - I hope to stay playing but not if it takes 6 months to be worthy to fight.
