Note: You can claim the gift only via Plarium Play. Don't worry, it's very easy. Download Plarium Play -> log in to your account -> launch the game. -> click on the settings tab- -> find the Gift code button -> click it -> Insert the code in the empty field -> confirm it to receive your gift.
You have 7 days to claim it!

Try reading the whole post. It literally says - as I already wrote - "Reward Code: SNW20". It cannot be clearer than it is.

I know it's snw20
I know you go to ships rigging to enter snw20 to get your reward
Where do you find out that it was snw20
Where did you take the screen shot
Which settings tab did you click on to take the screen shot

It is on this forum. The very first post of this topic.
Click here (this is below my post that you are currently reading, on the right hand side) to get to the first page:
The page that loads is the one where you landed when the game sent you here and it looks like this (I downsized to fit here):
Read the very first paragraph below the "Ahoy Captain!" and before the "Settings" instructions. It says:
A valuable reward is waiting to be claimed, just redeem the new Reward Code: SNW20
That post is what I showed in the screenshot and the "Reward Code: SNW20" that I quoted twice before is a copy/paste from there.
