I have gone through this forum and read everything, twice at least. Again, saying that the only change made was to change the system of payout on the prizes is a lie. Period. The forces dedicated (by Plarium) to defend the prizes or to attack the prizes has been greatly increased, by at least 50% and possibly much more on the higher level prizes (above 60). I said I would never play the prizes again. BUT, after reading the info from the moderators, I decided, OK, let us see what happens. Before the BIG tourney started, I had a force of about 31-33,000 thousand units under my control. Miday through the tourney I hit a big payout, and had, before the change was implimated, 45,000 units. By the end of the tourney, in which I placed 4th, I had about 24,000 (?not sure of the number now) units left. I built and discussed and read, and had 29,000 finally. OK. Maybe I just had a bad run. So I played in the next prize ransack tourney, and placed rather high. BUT, the only thing that saved me was the last hit I received 3,800 juggs. Still, I was down to some 21,000 units WITH THE 3,800 juggs. This can not be that bad!! So I let this be the detriming factor as to if I would continue with the game. I played on. I waited a couple of days, and with the new day, started with a level 10 Caravel and finished with a level 71 Caravel. Why did I finihs at the level 71? Because I could not have attacked another successfully -- nothing to speak of left. I have about 200 Juggs now. During all of this, the distribution of color on the hourglass on the prizes DID NOT CHANGE. The colors maintained their EVEN distribution of red, light yellow, bright yellow, AFTER I feed several thousand Juggs into the prize pool. that tells me most of what I wanted to know. EVERYTHING has changed on the prizes; not simply the method of payout. At the end of this I was down to 15,000 units. So, thinking, well, I have fed and fed.... maybe...... So I hit 4 defensve prizes, starting with a level 28 Sea Fort, and a 36, and a 41, and a 48 and a 53.... Adding more defensive each time cause I lost and lost and lost and lost. The result? I ended up with 13,798 units. Remember, pelase, I started way back when with 31-32,000. Byt thank you, Palrium, for making my decision easy. You will shortly, after I finish my 6 month run, have a level 85 Havn that someone can farm. BUT, I am now convined that this is part of theprogram, to chase out those who have built up and leave more room for the new meat coming in to play. KingRat
