Customer Support - Loss of Troops due to the discussion on recent banned accounts
I would start off by saying I am not one to complain, I found Tides Of Fortune a while back, fell in love with the game and being retired it has been a great pass time, I feel I am in an amazing BH with great members, I have invested a considerable amount of money to support the game and yes speed up advancement, buy defense to protect our assets etc.
I would be considered a novice gamer I suppose but I do know a fair amount about what is possible in game and what may be a situation that should be looked into.
This related to troops lost due to some type of hack/glitch/exploit that has been discussed at length here in the forum, we were informed by the community manager the accounts in question had been banned, it was suggested we file a ticket with support for troops lost at our Presidio’s by the accounts in question, provide details and screen shots. I have done all this including a link to the thread in our forum to assist the support person.
I am very disheartened to have been informed today, I will not be receiving any of the defensive troops back that I lost as a result of these malicious accounts, doesn’t really seem fair but as I said, I love the game and will play until my last Bonnie sets sail, I will however never put another cent into this game or any other as a result of how this was handled. I honestly didn’t think I was asking for too much.

I have examined the screenshots and can confirm that the results of these two battles were calculated properly.
According to the Refund Policy, troops which were lost not due to a game irregularity outside of normal gameplay, primarily as the result of a documented bug or server error are not considered valid for the reimbursement.

Don't get discouraged, you can always revive your lost units for a significantly reduced price at the Surgeon.
