i reported the extortion too but i didn't get banned , maybe the words i used are nicer and i didn't insult them or anything.

Maybe you have reported only one time.

There are players who sent in multiple tickets. No one is a fool to use not nicer words with support. Because everyone knows they have a big red button with them.
