@Master Blaster, I am not playing stupid, nor do you sound very smart when you go for ad hominem attacks.
Browser or not, makes no difference. All apps use IP addresses for HTTP(S) communication. VPN is how you access the network via any app, and Tor is a system of proxies which are usually used via Tor browser, but they don't have to be. And no, bots are not using the app. That's the whole point.
Further, the IP addresses that you listed are missing one component, but - ignoring that - 192.168.x.y are all class C private networks (256 of them, depending on the value of x). That's what the devices behind your router use internally, but not something that Plarium would see. They would see your router's public address, unless you are using a proxy, Tor network, VPN,... in which case they'd see the exit IP of that system (which you can change at will).
By "consolidating", you seem to mean "merging". If that's the case, I agree with @Tifa Lockhart: it would create enormous armies and it would still not solve the issue of bots.
I also don't think that "adapting" is a solution either. If someone can programmatically create any number of - obviously disposable - accounts, and command them as one, while you need months or years (or thousands of dollars) to rebuild, it becomes a no-fun money drain. That's not worth playing (IMO, of course).
I don't know what the solution to the problem of bots would be, nor what is Plarium doing about it. By the occasional complaints about bans, I'm guessing that they are not sitting ildly, but I am also yet to see anything tangible from them. It's been almost 6 months since I first reported a massive influx of bots, and those that I report are still here, hitting stuff on the maps, winning Brawls,...
