no cost to change implants?

It's confirmed that the Implant Removal Discount will not be coming back, but the whole system is expected to be reworked in the future. Note that the feature is comprehensive and requires some time and effort to be updated, so stay tuned and keep an eye on the news so as not to miss when it's coming! 

If it's going to take some time before the feature is ready that's even more reason to do the discoun. So why not?

Why is it that when I enter a battle I am placed with people who have 3k power if my hangar is 1.5k?

that didn't happen last night and today with the update I can't face anyone.

It's great how much you get done that the players DON'T ask for while getting absolutely nothing done that the players DO ask for. How does any of this help to revitalize your dwindling playerbase? You still don't have enough active players under the current (broken) matching system for it to work with no AI, which is the first place costing you players - yet, even 3+ years later, your team is still dragging its feet on this crucial aspect of any game. How are you planning to help boost the lack of active players?

Terrible event prizes, diminishing rewards that your team just keeps dropping, bad buffs and debuffs that only highlight how "pay for wins" your game is, AI that acts as a paywall and decides match outcomes, and a broken match making system just isn't doing the job of keeping players interested. That's not even considering your company's greedy, manipulative and deceptive practices! 

Don't forget the new anti-tanking measures which have made all of my bots maxed

My last tourney the 1st prize winner I got a whole of 400 a-coin instead of the 1200, did you change the amount of a coins, sent a mail & ss via in game support feed back no reply to date, You all need to do something about your contact system cause it sucks big time!!!!

Nobody, I mean NOBODY is asking for any of the things you seem focused on-  new OP weapons and bots, crappy events and diminishing value for one's $$.  It's like this game is in the final throes of it's death dance and Plarium is hell-bent on extracting every last bit of revenue it can from skill-less Whales.  So sad . . .
