Get involved with a picture of unjustifiable crazy prices

Hi, I would like to share with you what the Plarium team thinks about me and my financial capabilities. Are you too in a position where the Mech Arena (Shield Arena!) team openly considers you a virtual wallet stupid enough to buy spoiled goods? If so, post a picture here based on which you think so. The prices you see are absolutely inexcusable. Can the Mech Arena team explain them? Something to justify them? Well I'm curious.

Hello! We are constantly experimenting with the prices, Offers, Events, and Awards, so keep an eye out! Don't forget that the majority of the Offers (especially when it comes to pop-ups) are generated for your account according to your game experience. Perhaps something enticing and affordable may appear later!

Ha ha ha  tthe same lie not to be told and the annoying post cleaned up. Why don't you just say it straight out? That you are in fact experimenting with the players? What's the theatre for? You don't respect us ...

No lies out here. Although the prices for the same Offers are likely to be equal for all the players, the Offers themselves are likely to vary a lot. Still, what we do is set the baseline in prices for our products, but the end price is affected by a lot of factors, such as local conversion rates. And that is something we can’t influence as that’s how prices for mobile stores work!

You guys do realize that the Devs do not work for free. Just like you yourself do not have a job where you don't make money. Also yes prices are a bit much. But nobody said you have to buy them.  Just stick to playing the game and wait for the deals that pop up. And be wise on how you spend you A coins and credits.  Just play the game and enjoy it for what it is. ✌🏽

sure but working and cheating, are they the same thing? earning honestly, giving something in return to the player, and that is the main rule for a game, FUN, here there is none, there is only super aggressive AI, which never makes mistakes, always equipped with the new weapons .. and indecent combinations, 5 bots 1 human., where is the change ''?? THEY WORK AND CHEAT US TO EARN. and nothing is given to us in return. only new very expensive weapons that will be nerfed in 2 months ... but do you think that players can spend 10k dollars a year for a garbage game ??. work and give in exchange to those who pay fun and honesty. this is what we all ask ourselves, we all work to earn money, but honestly, when you get scammed you get pissed off, and you don't spend, you're new, gain experience, then you'll come to my side like everyone else has done... it's obvious that you've never played more honest games)

I have spent on this game. But I also don't spend and expect to every single match.   Yes there are flaws in the game and people love to take advantage of it. But how fun would this game be if all you did was win. I would be bored outta my mind.

Apparently it must be a lot of fun considering the shear amount of sp dropping going on that still hasn't been fixed...

You're looking at undiscounted offers in the Armory section. Those items are offered at full price and without any discount whatsoever, so of course it'll be way too much. Your deals (in the daily section and Armory) are based on your spending history in game. If you're a new player who hasn't spent much, you're likely to get cheaper deals for stuff at rank 2-3. If you spend regularly, your deals are at rank 4-5 and those cost more. MA assigns base prices to rank levels, and then applies a global discount whenever there's a relevant event. A rank 3 mech/weapon usually costs around 10 USD, rank 4 around 30-35, and rank 5 is 100. Then if there's an event like a specialization spree or soemthing, then that piece of equipment is offered at a discount, and only in the daily deals section. Rank 3 stuff gets a 20-30% discount, Rank 4 gets upto 40%, and rank 5 gets upto 50% discount. Armory gets no discounts. And, on top of this, the prices you see can end up being more than what I'm saying cuz of taxes and stuff (Something costing 10 USD in game in the US will cost 10 EUR even though the exchange rate isn't 1:1, this is something that is not under Plarium's control.) Also, he numbers and discounts I listed aren't 100% true all the time; there are times when mechs and weapons show up with a massive 70-80% dicount as well.

The prices? Yeah, some of them absolutely are. But then again, nobody is forcing you to pay anything; so each and every deal you see in game is worth exactly how much you feel it is worth. Pay according to whatever value you deem fit, not according to what Plarium thinks something is worth. For example, I was offered Mimicker multiple times, starting at 100 USD for rank 5, then 40 for rank 4 and so on. None of those prices seemed justified to me, since, well, why would I spend 40 USD on a mech that's only subpar? So I got it only when it was offered to me for 8 USD at rank 3. Numerically speaking, that deal is far worse than the 100 USD for rank 5 deal since I'll end up spending more than 100 USD worth of resources upgrading the thing to rank 5, but I can also accumulate resources over time so it doesn't really matter. Same principle while buying any deal in the game; buy it only if you feel it's worth it in some way or the other. It's Plarium's job to provide you the offers, and it's your choice as a buyer to pick whichever you feel is worth it.

Sure you don't have to pay but you are going to lose and when you do pay it devalues what you bought my dad bought legendary bots that some how my free ones are beating? It makes it to where we don't want to buy anything  It makes the game unfun cause they made it unfair on purpose, honestly we're thinking of finding a game to move on to. And why would you even buy anything at 40 bucks the most these things are only worth 12 bucks at most you guys buying it allows them to have the prices that high because people keep buying those absurd

I get your frustration. It's disappointing when a significant investment doesn't always translate into guaranteed victories. However, it's important to remember that the game isn't solely about raw power. Strategy, skill, and resource management also play crucial roles.

Legendary items can certainly provide an advantage, but they're not invincible. Even the most powerful mechs can be defeated by less powerful ones, especially in the hands of skilled players. It's the combination of factors like rank, level, pilot skill, and strategic choices that ultimately determines the outcome of a battle.

While it's understandable to feel discouraged, perhaps focusing on improving your strategy, upgrading your mechs, and mastering the game's mechanics could lead to a more enjoyable experience. If, however, the game continues to be unsatisfying, I encourage you to explore other options that better suit your preferences.

Dude, you could buy a PS5, a huge flat screen crazy amounts of games, a couch, a cooler, pizza, for the price you'll end up playing if you manage to get entangled in their game of you chasing the next best and greatest, most bad sss weapon......and then you'll be flat on the floor kicking and screaming that you still can't win EVEN with your sweet new shiny weapon that will be a worthless brick in a month...but if self inflicted stupidity is something you're into, go for every good deal and get back to me in a month and tell me about it

LOL You "get" our frustration.

Here's point you'll never be able to wrap your head around.

Your game is a failure BECAUSE it's pay to win!

Let's say you're a typical white teenage male racist dumgbass user playing Mech Arena (i.e. most of your user demographic).  And let's say you're terrible at Mech Arena because you don't know how to aim, move properly, or even look at the screen while playing.

Does Mech Arena encourage you to work on your aiming or offer any type of training mode for your mechs?  Nope!  But what you CAN do is just purchase a "no aiming required" weapon for """"""""""ONLY"""""""""" $25!

Oh what's that?  You're still getting your ass kicked because people keep blowing up your mech too quickly?  Well we just came out with another unnecessarily overpowered mech that has 2 billion HP!!    And if you act now, you can get both the "no aim" weapon AND the "takes forever to kill" mech in our new "SUPER BADASS 2-PACK!"  We'll only charge you $50 for both and call that a bargain by writing a larger price with a line through it right next to the $50 price so people will be like "HOLY CRAP! LOOK AT ALL THE MONEY I"M SAVING!!"

STILL not good enough?  What about a mech that teleports?  No?  How about 3 different types of guns that freeze your enemies so you can take all day to kill them no matter how good you are at aiming!  NO??  How bout a mech that turns invisible AND can fly AND can freeze your enemies AND can easily escape?  You can fill your hangar with any OP trash we can think of just as long as you keep paying us!

==========

Now picture that same terrible player I just described saying something "bad" in chat for example (because you refuse to hire chat admins for whatever reason), and you MAYBE POSSIBLY decide to ban the guy after some innocent bystander goes through the extremely arduous task of hopefully still finding that player in chat and then clicking on their profile and then copying their user ID and then going over and clicking on a different link in a separate menu that will then redirect them to their BROWSER where they FINALLY can report the player—side note: that is literally the ONLY way you are able to report a player to the devs.  If you do not go through that exact procedure every time, the devs have literally NO WAY of being able to find that player in this "extremely polished" game of theirs.

But forget about all that!  Because even if a player does get banned and they have the money, what do they care?  They can just open up another completely free account and since they don't have to do any actual work or gameplay or winning in MA order to get any "affordable" (lol) easy-mode trash mech they want!  Just whip out that old credit card again and simply purchase all the things you want again and go back to your horribly toxic, racist ways that keep Mech Arena from being even remotely touched by any gamer I know of worth a damn.

But I agree—you guys shouldn't have to work for free to make a video game.  And I suppose it's OUR fault that we simply choose not to throw money at such a hate-filled, financially predatory dumpster fire of a video game, am I right?
