Please don't twist my words. I represent the statement of the company and game developers. If a person got it correctly (I mean in the way the developers intended it to be), I will agree and support it. Besides, I'm not trying to convince anyone - it's up to a player how to react to any changes in the game.

Oh, I understand how you feel, but what you need to understand is players are prone to miss unlike the AI bots, which will hit you even if you are dashing away on a killshot or surge.

And uproar on the forum about rip off. Lets just say you puchased a phone with a feature that you wanted. Within months the producers say that the feature was intended to be in the phone and they remove the feature via software update. Will it bother you, when you purchased the phone for that feature. I dont know if it will bother you, but a normal person who spend their hard earned money will be pissed.

And if you are getting wrecked by high level players thats just because their matchmaking sucks.

Maybe you shouldn't have spent so much on a game? It's genuinely greedy if you buy a weapon for the sole purpose that it's OP. If it gets nerfed, it's your fault for spending so much in the first place.

Yes the em rifle is still powerful the thing is since they took the auto aim it has been rendered no better than a railgun people are complaining it's too op because BOTS DON'T MISS, they are programmed to hit their target so they don't need an auto aim function, people get killed even while using killshot or surge abilities while on the fly and with so many wayyyyyy op bots it seems they are way op. The em is fine power wise but they should have comped some other feature when they took away auto aim. Such as lower reload or sumt'n

do you say mental exercises like this?? em has nothing to do with it. there's much much more powerful stuff out there without making any effort... but you already know it .. but don't touch the mortar who knows why ... this game is dominated by mortars and, by the smart ones from the low hangar. there are no mental exercises, only demonstrable facts. not your usual and repetitive words.

Moreover, it was intended by the developers - to make EM Rifle remain powerful. By this statement, I'm not denying a large negative reaction we've received. I understand why this reaction was negative. I understand why you are anxious about this subject. As a Community Manager representing the Community as well, I collected, analyzed, and presented all the negative feedback we received to the developers and the team. As I said before, this experience dramatically impacted our workflow.

But this rebalance didn't come all of a sudden. It was made with the aim as a step of greater changes in the balance and other core features of the game. That's the reason why we did it, that's the reason why we did it in this particular way, and that's the reason why there is no way back. The changes are in progress, and I understand that they are not visible instantly and cause a lot of frustration. Still, if everything goes smoothly, eventually, the game will become better.

EM Rifles are horrible to play with on mobile. The target assist is what made them user friendly on every type of device.

There are a select few that can make them work on mobile devices but there is absolutely zero contest against a PC EM Rifle user vs mobile EM Rifle . The target assist can be overcome with a mouse. It's very simple... mobile users are at a disadvantage with EM Rifles.

I just said what needs to be said. And for the record I said it cause the way they shut down my bug report when I showed them with multiple evidence.

Do you know what these jokers said, they couldnt replicate it so they are closing the ticket. Really Im not the only one who has encountered this particular issue.

I havent spent that much on this game. Till now around 40-50 dollars over a year and half.

Just to let you know I have played this game during beta and left becuase of how shitty their matchmaking was. They havent fixed matchmaking ever since. When I cameback the same problem still persists. Their broken support system is still there. EM nerf should have been done along with Mortars. Because most of the clans and players running with mortars always sits at the spawn spots and strikes you with a barrage. They havent nerfed it then and not even now. They just monetized everything. 

Do you know what these support team did with my ticket for Panthers shield bug. They closed it down even after producing multiple video evidence. They just want to create more ways to earn money than to actually fix it. If you wanna support them its fine. 

Think of it like this, you an f2p got em on an event. You spent most of your ingame resources on em as it was meta. Then the creators nerfed it. Dropping damages and double hit chance. What this does is just further widens the gap between you guys and big spenders. Spenders can make for the lost damage through legendary implants and what about you guys. You would be left with a weapon that may or may not kill a bot, while the latter can surely kill a bot. Is there a actually any balance then. This is just ruse to get spenders to spend more on implants while players like you and casual spenders like me to even play casually.

Buffing minigun, nerfing redeemer say that its ability had a bug. Then why havent they fixed that bug with panthers shield. 

Im sorry if you felt that Im being toxic, this is because of how they kept shutting my request on fixing Panthers bug.
