using internet explorer he gets 80 percent  , using firefox he gets 80 percent  , using chrome he gets 99 percent and then they all state can not complete action - please try again later

the issue was fixed and the game is working 

your case is probably not related to that issue so do what follows :-

clear cache and refresh 

check that your browser and flash player are up to date

try another browser / device 

if none works create a HAR file and report the issue to support ( refer to the pinned post loading issues in bug reports thread )
