can't log in !!!

I have cleared my cache 3 times and seem to be stuck with Plarium Loading mode that doesn't load!!! I must not be spending enough money!!!

Hi,

There are reported Loading issue that we have acknowledged. We have reported to the Support and they are looking in to the matter.

Just an advice, if you are in the game try not to get out of it now.. there is a chance that it may not load for you..

There is reported intermittent issue, for some it is working and for some it is not.

the issue was fixed and the game is working 

your case is probably not related to that issue so do what follows :-

clear cache and refresh 

check that your browser and flash player are up to date

try another browser / device 

if none works create a HAR file and report the issue to support ( refer to the pinned post loading issues in bug reports thread )

Have you Marshal go to Plarium.com not the game. Select logout and then go to the game and login. Several people have had the error where their login credentials have gotten corrupted.

when he goes to plarium.com  it just shows the log in  . There is no where to log out

Issue has been resolved.. Received updates.. Please refresh and clear your browser cache incase you are not able to login..
