it was said how do you prove alts, I sent a copy of someone bragging about their alt accounts in an open chat area, they referenced at least three separate accounts, got the same answer as everyone else, been months all the accounts mentioned are still active
how do you prove it you ask, well BRAGGING IN OPEN CHAT WOULD BE A PRETTY GOOD CLUE
want proof NOTHING is done?
how bout the fact that the big league players talk freely about it in open chat because they KNOW ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WILL BE DONE.
if you are going to completely absolutely ignore a rule then remove it from the ToS and tell people outright that alt accounts are perfectly acceptable
I like the accounts they call "hammers" where all the members of a league donate X dollars to a pay pal account and they use that account to FEED an alt, then they use that "HAMMER" to smash anything in their way
you think about that a moment,
a league with 100 players each sending 10 dollars per week to a pay pal account gives that account 1000 dollars a week in saphires a week to work with
other side of that coin is, take that practice times 10 leagues and plarium is bringing in 10K dollars per week, you think they are giving that up???
you do realize that's 40K per month AKA almost 1/2 a million dollars per year
