Funny choice of words Oberon...

Should think when there is a regent in place, there should be a lot of schemes regarding fight for the right of rule.

How about make Oberon's castle a bit more flashy graphics, make it conquerable. Have the league that control it gain benefits from do so, and you have something fun to fight over. I'm sure Oberon can maintain his role as.... ergh, court jester (hehe) :p

My Lord, I'm Lord Regent and Protector of Stormfall, to attack my castle would be high treason. The only reward you are going to get for treason is a permanent banishment. We don't want any of this in Stormfall, however. Therefore my castle is protected by the Gods. Focus on attacking your enemies and Balur's Horde to receive rewards, please. Not your protectors.

Oberon's castle can't be a castle played by him, because. he can't afford all the saphires it would take to maintain it of course.It would been under constant attack and sieges.

You can't really make this game round, or season based. Due to the time it take to aquire all the techs/scrolls. Also, people would get very uppset if they start throw away thousands of USD worth on this game (yes there is those silly enough to do that) and they start over.

The game is over when you realise its not worth it anylonger and find another game to play basicaly -)

As for a bit more flashy graphics, see I'm a man of simple tastes and don't need more than I already have, I'm quite comfortable in my old-fashioned castle, thank you. The realm is also isn't in need of jesters at the moment and besides I'd make a terrible jester. Gods gave me no sense of humor whatsoever.

Yeah but becons is not unique... If there is an objective that there is just one of, and it carry bonus to league and prestige to hold. You would see top leagues start fight over it, rather than divide up becons between them with nap's and so forth.

Doesn't really matter, because people can still track you through your league. All league members is displayed in a list with location for all to see.

My Lord, this is made for our players not to play hide&seek. Just imagine a warrior who uses Castle relocation to escape the battle. Our brave Stormfallers don't act like this! We, a brave and noble people, are always ready to meet the enemy face to face! So if an opponent uses Gateways of Chance or Precision, you are able to find his / her Castle.

Who are our enemies? Is it Balur alone? Or including every other players from other non-allied leagues? The other lords that also pledge support to you to fight Balur that you consider are our enemies? LOL

And if our enemies including other players as well, then why are you Lord Oberon, the fictional character of this fantasy, interested to create such a large warring factions throughout your fictional land? And I feel you are giving out far more rewards for us to go against each others than to go against Balur.

He just doesn't want his castle sieged, he cant afford the sapphires required to maintain his appearance -)

My Lord, remember, the Goddess Mara is the one who brought the Amulets to the lands of Stormfall. To receive these Amulets, you must first honour her by sacrificing Gold and Iron at the Altar of Mara. This is an old ritual which requires time and devotion.
