wheel of fortune not updating

Hello, My Wheel of Fortune has been the same for a week now. I have deleted my history and done whatever else I can do, but the wheel has been a 20% craftsman discount for 7 days straight.

please try to avoid duplicates post as in this way is more difficult for us answering the same in several post



as in the other post is said, this bug is known by the devs and they are trying to find a fix for it.



sure in the nearest update they will launch this fix to solve this issue



so please be a bit patience, it will be fixed very very soon

My wheel of fortune has been stuck on castle skins for a month.  I already have a castle skin.  A little randomness would be nice.

I believe the issue was fixed. My wheel of fortune have changed today.

I reported the bug, next day I was all thrilled, I had a non castle skin offer (but unfortunately useless coffer offer!) Now 6 days in a row, castle skins again.


I've submitted a second bug report, hopefully this gets fixed soon.  I tend to wait to spend gems when a wheel of fortune discount meets my needs.  I've spent plenty of real money on this game and hope something happens soon.

Hello. 

The global bug with the Wheel of Fortune when players were receiving absolutely the same offers was fixed. 

Still, there are some players who receive the same offer, but its conditions differ (for example, changes the percentage of the discount). 

This issue was reported already, and devs are checking how they can improve the Wheel of Fortune algorithm.

I understand that receiving the same Offer every day is frustrating.

Dear Lord

tell us if u received a confirmation e mail with the ticket number

if so maybe the support team is a bit occupied and u will be answered as soon as posible
