Game loads fine and plays normally 1st run. Trying to log in a 2nd time the game screen starts and goes black then white and stays white, loading does not continue. I have tested this on 2 new M1 Macintosh machines, same for both of them.

I have submitted to support 2 times, 2nd is support #4259618.

They suggested basic stuff, did these and still the same.

The Apple OS has a user called “Guest User” which is designed to be a guest user. When the guest user logs out all the local files are dumped and the next login is a new setup. I have been able to run the game while in the “Guest User” and it will not launch the game a second time, but first run works fine. If I log out the guest user account and then log back in as the guest user the game will again run properly as a “first run” so I can play the game in this first run scenario. If I have to quit the game for some reason the game will not relaunch until I log out of this guest user and log back in as guest user. This indicates to me that the game is creating some file the first time it runs which will not allow the game to launch properly again.

Getting SERVER ERROR IN '/' APPLICATION have already deleted and reloaded app but same message comes up does not show tehe app so no way to clear cache.

I am betting you did not remove all of the  old plaruim play from your computer first . It must be completely removed  (each and every version )  Including Previous down loads and apps even the recycle bin. after you have sent everything there. 

Then restart your computer and check through and Make sure all traces  of the plarium Play app are gone before you try and re-install.  if this doesn't help then use the support link I gave you in the post above
