It's always sad when players pass away. Unfortunately, there's no protection against it. 

From our side we protect the Castles of players who have passed away if we receive such reports from their friends or League members. Other players won't be able to attack such Castle, and they will receive a warning message of this kind:

To ask for protection you need to contact our Support Team or create a topic on this Forum.

Please submit a ticket to Support for each person. You should contact the immediate family if possible to ensure this is what they want done with the castle as it cannot be undone.
