3 accounts from our clan has been stolen yesterday. And now they are for sale in mr. Polyakov telegram channel (with approving by mr. Polyakov himself). Wrote the ticket to support team, and waiting for the answer 😭 People, who's accounts has been stolen are in great shock! 😞 Please someone help and stop this person from stealing other gamers accounts!!!! 🙏🏻

Our clan was attacked as well via Telegramm. We lost 3 accounts. I raised the ticket to support and waiting for answer 3 day.

The same situation, my account was stolen, but no answer from plarium more than 3 months)))). I can use account by facebook, but how to change email....

Did Somebody receive help from Plarium? Or at least an answer..))

The same. I hope, my account has not been completely stolen, but somebody logged in and enabled two-factor authentication. He wrote to me in Telegramm and tried to learn my new password. Of course, I didn't give him it, and wrote to support. It was a week ago.

So now I don't have any access to my account. No reply. 5 years of play. 

Do I have any chances to have my account back?
