That makes sense.  Honestly couldnt have told you her name.

I did it the moment I realized my mistake. I logged into the game, clicked the support link, described the issue, provided my email address, and attached a screenshot. However, three days have passed and I still haven't received any email notification, which is really worrying me. 

Welcome to the world of almost non existant game support.  

What else can be done in this situation, or who else can I contact? Any other ideas?
