i'm trying to create a guild in game, but every time i click create it says there's already a guild or tag with that name... but i used the guld search function for those names and found nothing... i also tried various similar combinations without any success.
can someone help me please?

I've tried a lot of combinations... can't remember them all. But none appeared when I searched for clans.

If a clan in a different kingdom has the same name I can't use it? That would be quite a dumb thing...
This is very logical. The situation when two clans with the same names are fighting each other in CvC, would be very strange.
