How is it possible? I capture a stonemine and gathering Stone with 23k tier 1-2 troops and then i get attacker by 400 tier 1 arches and he destroys 90% of my army How is this possible???

Tile it's the easy way to kill you.
At first, they can scout you for free select right bonuses to kill you.
At second, when you go to the tile you not ready to meet war attack.
What mode, boosts and bonuses did you have when gone to the tile?

his boosts won't matter. his attacker was probably 10 levels higher than him.
It's not fair for up and coming players that they should have to take such huge losses from players that aren't their equal. There should be a penalty for hitting down.

And he didn't only have 400 troops attacking you ... if you lost you don't know how many troops he had JUST how many he lost in the attack. He probably had over 100K troops attacking you.

Yes that is true ... if you killed at least one troop of a certain level and type you see exactly what is it but not how many ... if you didn't kill a certain troop and type you just see a box with a "?" above it ...

Indeed, this game is brutal and unforgiving to newcomers who want to play with little to no purchases.
But if you spend money.... LOTS of money, you might have more fun. MIGHT.
If you're going to play for free you'll need to play hard.
Join a clan, do clan tasks. gain enough for 8hr shields. Babysit your tile rss gathers. Hide your armies in shielded banks when you can't keep shields up.
But know that only the richiest of riches get away with *never* being attacked and raked over the coals.
Especially 1 week after a new kingdom opens.

I think the most MMO games are harder for playing without donate. Especially such games that connected with PVP. There are ways for free grows, but you should search these ways, it's harder than buy advantage.

With all the gold now it is easier to play without paying ... to do it well one would need to be part of an active clan where you get lots of gold and time bonuses from clan events.

I agree with u CIM. I have a big clan in Odin's ligue. It's enough gold from events to me. I'm a rather active player and I buy packs once in 2 months (sometimes less often) because I hate to pay too many.
