Just found number id it shows up in forums. Well that was wrong number. found in forums that its:

i get the same trying to pay with visa. also cant access support. it says something about how its lost its security certificate. but no option for an ID number. also how to play and about the game don't open in my browser (google chrome)

Still no joy i find this amazing that a pay to play game isn't letting u buy and i see another post where ppl are not receiving the goods that they purchase or are waiting 10 mins after refreshing there browser.....
