Teleportation of cities when attacked

Do cities get teleported when they are attacked so many times. The game said cities will be teleported out of the forested area, but what about regular areas?

I agree. Dead accts need to be cleared, theres so many inactives in our kingdom (Borifrad)

Death accounts will kill any game. They take up much needed space and prevent newcomers to join.
