More button doesn't appear to be working 

Ok, you upgraded VIP levels to collect more money, this is clear, but why you even did not give us usual gifts after each upgrades?

1. About task's "Claim all" button. Please update your game client in your application store. It should work fine in web-version of the game rightaway. 

2. We are aware of the issue with applying multiple items and currently working on it. You can apply multiple items in mobile version of the game by long-tapping the "Apply" button.

We are sorry for any inconveniences.

Lots of websites have the top down top up option,suggesting it might be easy to implement here for personal preference.

I  cancelled the previous version of my post because I didnt want it to be my 1000th, but it seems I am  only on 997 now, which suggests some earlier ones have been removed, and so discounted, something I thought I'd seen before.

If you didn't receive your reward for maintenance, please try to do it in mobile version of the game. Go to mobile version Menu, select "Account" and restore your progress through Plarium ID.

I am as sure as I can be that, people who were connected to the old game got the reward, and those that had to reconnect to the new game didn't.

You suggested they try the mobile version, which is of no use to anyone who hasnt got this,nor to those that do have this option but will not even be able to attempt this because  you are currently shut down again.

If you gift for the latest shutdown  many players will  have missed out.

I have points to increase my VIP level, but i can only click one after one. And every time "u reached level 30" appears. Can u fix this pls? Tnx

I play with Chrome on the PC and did not get anything this time ... was the same with the last update

OK the whole troop sets concept is a complete waste of time, that is such a bad implementation, it's over complicated and you still have to switch hero shaman and gear setups depending on what your actually doing.

I don't know who was advising you on how this should have been done, but they really did not understand the game or what the people have been asking for.

1. For starters people wanted to be able to saves hero and shaman setup as one, so effectively expanding the current hero sets to also save the shaman setup, so it a complete package.

2. The new troop sets are done with a fixed numbers of troops and you have to be boosted to setup a maximum march setup, this is ridiculous and a big waste of valuable boosters, further more when your knowledge changes and you increase your march size you have to reset them to take advantage of the additional march size available. Also how do Aesir with march boosters affect this, do you need to have them running too? A far better solution would be to use a percentage of troops to be sent, that way it makes no difference what boosts, knowledge or Aesir you are running it will just send the maximum it can up too your percentage selected for the total march available regardless of what is running.

3. The idea of being able to quickly switch setups was the key attribute people wanted, so for instance if i wanted to scout and switch to attack quickly, we would have to switch to our scout hero setup and shaman, making sure we have the correct gear on, set the required boosters so we can use our sets correctly, send a scout party with our troop set, then quickly analyse the report, then switch hero set again, and shaman and maybe gear, then send the troop set required. By this time we have completely lost any element of surprise and chance of doing a quick scout and attack completely lost.

I'm sure i have many other faults i can point out, but I feel like always they will fall on deaf ears.

I cleared cache, cleared temp files, and now everything is working.  Hot keys too.

My thoughts:-

Sad only money people will get top ViP, and no fights or gifting botton for small players.  Only big players are thought of.

I like the sets for troops.   I do not like the new troop order, but maybe will make CvC interesting.  I do not understand new ranks, but maybe not this CvC. We will see.  Chat - central to gaming - is still rubbish.

re Attack/Capture "Offense" dialog box for selection units:

1) Can you restore the order of offense units to pre-update? Or give us a sort option?

ATM, they're sorted by type / level (desc) ...

I'd prefer the old sorted order - L1, L2, L3 ... etc.

2) Can you restore the "select all" button?

re Rankings

- Can you tone down the icon - make it less excitable? I don't really find that information useful ... (perhaps, move it to the "Menu" board).

If only we could have souls shards by killing troops of his kingdom. the game would be so much more interesting
