after this upgrate we can't play. we can not get into the game.

Me neither! I have tried on phone, iPad and PC - same message every time! I have been trying for almost 8 hours now.......

they been in and out of several maintenance's today -  4th one going now. so keep trying.

I just made this account tonight and am having the exact same problem. I don't spend money so I cant move around on kingdoms so I made this one to join my friend who I just found out is on k504 and my main is up on 711. I was going to surprise her and show up but I am the one who got the surprise when it refuses  to load. I can log on but nothing will load, i haven't even done the beginners tutorial yet because i get the connection error but get this??....My Main account can log on with no problem at all and it's on the same connection.

Hmmmmmmmm seems like Plarium is going to lose a lot of money if all new accounts made after the update cant get in game. Lot of lost business there, Granted I am not a spender but what about the other new accounts who are?

same here. 4 people from work want to join but can't log in . this sucks !!!!
and Plarium does not even have the decency to return there emails for help.
not a great way to run a business !!!
and for goodness sake don't spout off about clearing the cache and history or different browser crap ! they have tried all that !!

I'm still having issues logging into the game via Browser. I've tried Edge, Opera, and Firefox. With all my addons/extensions disabled and I am still getting this message. Is anyone out there able to log into the game with a browser?
None of my old accounts have any problems but the new one has never been able to log on. I also find it odd they havent had any new servers open since K722. or did they just stop making servers?

Dear SAVANNA BLUE, сould you please explain the situation in detail? Please describe your actions in the game before the error message appeared. If possible please attach the screenshot of the error message. It will help us to understand the situation. Also, we recommend you to make sure that your Internet connection is stable, try to clear the cache.

Maybe there's a force letting you know to chill out with making multiple new accounts.

There's a dude in my kingdom with hundreds of accounts with no production. Just a litter of empty towns that slow down processors. His main had over 2,000,000,000,000 resources pillaged :/ ... Ridiculous how it's been abused.

How disappointing. I am new to game as well and get the same error. What do we do?

The problem seems to be fixed I could've logged in on my new account that was made after the update of 07/12. Everyone check if your new accounts can log in too.

I now have access again, but I have lost all of my previous progress!  And I have lost the clan that I had joined.

Sounds to me  like you are in a new game and not in the same kingdom.

If you see another game account when starting the game in www.plarium.com, you need to log into the site using your account details. If you have entered your account details, but there is still another account open, please contact us via private message, describe your problem logging in and provide details.

I have an account in Kingdom 369. At peak times, I am unable to get into the game. 

1. These times are normally during the last 2 hours of CvC or KvK events, as well as 30 minutes or so prior to CvC starting.

2. I have supplied Plarium with all of their requests documents several times.

3. I play on a laptop and three other full-size PCs, all at different locations with different service providers (Charter, AT&T, Comcast). All PCs exceed the required specifications.

4. I have tried all solutions provided by Plarium Support: Clear browser cache, stop all other running programs, stopped anti-virus, increased memory, added new graphics card, re-routed my internet traffic through a different access point, used all of the different browsers available for internet use.

5. I created a brand new player in a brand new kingdom. I have never had any trouble getting into the game even when my primary account, at the same time, cannot.

As soon as I get the error saying '\Server Connection Error. Try again in a few minutes' from Kingdom 369, I try new account in kingdom 737 and it goes right in, EVERY TIME.


This issue is the same for 8 of my coworkers with a wide variety of operating systems at work and at home. So, many of them also created a second account and can use it right away, even when their primary/first account gives connection errors.


Plarium is insisting that the error is with my PC, (our PCs if you extend it to the others with the same issues), but I put to you that if the game will play in a different kingdom that has fewer active players than my older kingdom, does that not indicate an overloaded server??


I am CCNA, CCAI, MCSE, MCSA, MCIE, with current certifications in my position as a Systems Engineer for Technology.  Not bragging, just showing that I am not just someone they can bulls#@! and make me go away.  


I have spent thousands on the game and my family and coworkers have made quite an investment in their towns as well.


Right now, we feel ignored and like we have wasted our money.....

I'm having the same problem. And let me tell you I have done everything. All the steps. Tried 4 different browsers also. Done my cache blar blar. Also stop asking people to take screen shots and just help us log back into the game. It's the same error for Christ sake. Really annoyed!
