Yep, dude. I'm sure a lot of guys including me have had such shi** mistake. One time I even forgot to buy it at all. It was so terrible when I came in the game it the next morning. I know another one danger mistake when you are activating a few shields, you can just count time not right... omg =D

SteelTorin right. Sometimes my clanmates activate couple of shields and forget to extend them. So they thinking that shield still on but it's not

I had a clan member post a SS of his shield having 1 day 59 min remaining (so he isn't JUST pop a 1 Day shield) , and had just been zeroed.

We spammed him on LINE until he replied, told us we must be mistaken, logged in, and was not happy in the slightest. He sent numerous screenshots to Plarium and they simply ignored him. This happened to 5 other people within a 48 hour period and I have heard it has been going on in other Kingdoms for a good while.

No my town was attacked at 10:00 on 5/24/2017 the date and time are on the screenshots Either plarium can own up and fix this or I can always find somewhere else to play a game and spend money. I also see you are missing the 24 hour shield that I know I activated. I had to purchase it to activate it. This was after the participation in the onslaught. I had checked me peace shield timer and it had little over 6 hours on it so I added an 8 hour and 24 hour shield.

So if the shield did not expire till after 14:00 hours then explain how my town was attacked just right after 10:00 hours. I would advise you look at those screenshots. Date and time is clearly displayed. If you are saying that you are not properly delivering the services for a game that I paid for then I can always get my money returned

.And yes I provided screenshots showing a different time than what they are quoting as the time the attacks occurred.

I just had the same thing happen to my shield. I am clan chief with stronghold resources, so I make sure I am ALWAYS shielded! Went offline while still in enemy kingdom for battle and when I came back, I had been hit over 20 times... what is even more confusing is that went to global map to check, I still had a shield pictured over my town. Wtf? Just put another 7 day shield on, but am devastated by loss of my clan's stronghold resources that we worked so hard for!!!! I have been spending A LOT of money on this game and am totally devastated!

We did have those Problems too. First of all it costs money to buy shield because you never have enough and then they do not work out. When you put on an 1w Shield on an 1d shield the day is lost. and if you put oan a 1d shield aon a 8h shield, you do loose it too. Can t bee!

We do support others who haver no shield ans share them, if it drops before time 2 or more players are cheated. Now some of them want to leave the game, please help quiickly or the whole klan will die out.

The same has happened to me as well but plarium said the same thing to me " it was my fault " and I know what shield I put on but there is no sense in arguing with thieves and cheats like these money grubbing dogs.

After a ton of complaining it seems also like my account is also weaker than those in my clan of the same lols so not sure if someone in plarium has altered my account to be like that but seeing how they treat their customers it would not surprise me.

This is not true ... if you put on a new shield while you are still shielded the time is added. I have stayed shielded for like 9 weeks now and I use 3 day shield. They always add ... usually when it drops to be below 3 days I put on another 3 days so it goes to 5 days and something. When I went on vacation the other week I put on 3 day shields until I was 10 + days shielded just in case I had problems with internet at hotel.

Not so sure about that because I had a 1 day shield when I added a 7 day and it showed only the 7 days. However maybe my connection is just slow and it did not tally it right away and I never noticed. Besides the Company is ALWAYS right - it's the nature of business to blame the customer. The attitude is: if it works for one without a problem then, obviously, there is nothing wrong with the product.

Well they say time is UTC:0, and your forum timezone shows UTC:+5, so according to their mail(when you match the timezone), your town gets attacked on 09:06 - 09:09. You are saying that you get attacked around 10:00, there isn't that much discrepancy. Is it possible that you really forget to add Peace Treaty? Just playing the devil's advocate here.

THINK SHIELD and it's expiry time. If you can't do that, then please don't complain. Shield is the only Defense you have in this game no matter what level you are or how strong your troops are.

Hi Guys

Me and a few of our members got attacked , even we had shield . I am DerFinne the chief of TheMusketeers in kingdom 725 Langdverg . This happen during a kvk , easy win for the others . What is wondering me , is this happen just to players who spent real money into the game? Is the payment system not secured ? At least in our clan it happen just to members who spent there hard working money for a little fun , away from the trouble in real life and now we all have even more stress then in Real Life .

Hope they find out the problem fast and give all of us there lost back . Until then I will not put any money anymore in the game

The Game knows that the Drop Sheild hack is out there. Two of our top players just had this happen within the past 5 days. I saw the drop shield hack last night it was used right in front of my eyes. One of my clan mates had a shield that was placed on 3-2 2021 and it didn't expire until April 14 2021 . So, they dropped her shield attacked her and she lost every thing. The same thing happened to me the prior night. The same thing happened 5 days prior. The game knows this is happening and they always come back with the same answer. Dear Jarl after a full investigation we did not find anything wrong. They are lying.

In short, we invest our time and many their money only to know 100% that this hack exists and they do not disclose this to you before you spend any money. This is fraud. I do not make posts ..this my first and I have been playing games for 30 years. I have no reason to lie to any of you. You are probably fine if you do not intent to spend money or care if one day you will have a strong 35 Castle with 45 million T7 warriors as me and my two friends. This has been going on since 2017 and they will not admit that they either don't want to spend the money to fix this hack or if they are working on it. In the mean time is the game really worth playing when you know at any time someone can drop your shield ..hit you and then they somehow replace your shield.

There is no reason to play or spend a single nickel moe on the game. I got lucky last night by seeing it real time even though I had already made two tickets to support and got the same Generic message they love to send.

You might find the supposedly unexplained dropping of shields in other threads which have a more recent date.

You do not currently,and I cant see this changing, have to worry about loosing gold in a raid.

As to the rest? Who knows?

They keep saying the check everything, and that there are no hacks, which is a bold statement to make,given other events, and that companys who run operating systems are constantly having to fix their programs because smart people find inroads.

I don't see anything related to the problem of being attacked while shielded since 2018 but I just joined a clan which has at least 2 members who have been attacked while shielded very recently (so April 2021).

Is it possible that some players have cheat codes or are hacking into the system?

Do the game developers take this forum into consideration and follow up on questions. Perhaps there is a more recent thread concerning this issue, I am very new to this but have no intention of buying anything if gold is going to be stolen along with other resources which have involved time and efforts to put together even when being very careful about putting up a shield on the town (which I learned the hard way by being attacked when they were down...)

that sounds very strange that it actually showed 1d 6h shield ... maybe MAYBE you are mistaken about this ... maybe not ... just saying .... sometimes we expect 1d 6h and even if we see 6h we think we see 1d 6h ...
