Can't login via plarium

Unable to play game via plarium for 2 days now????

I have followed your procedures of game access to the letter of the law, I am having dreadful problems accessing the game, generally waiting several hours to get in.  If I do get in it is generally for a very short time before it crashes again, and during the brief time I am in the game it is very slow, laggy and  continually dogged by blue circle.

As regards your "specialists".  I couldn't possibly have a lower opinion of them.  I have explained the situation to them in a very detailed and concise manner yet, all they do is send me a standard response telling me to clear my cache, change browser, reload, blah de blah and tell me to download the Plarium Play feature.   I have made it very clear that I have done all this and none of it works (including downloading the Plarium Play feature). 

What sort of pathetic service is this?  Is this the way to treat your long serving and long paying customers/clients?  

There is zero pleasure/enjoyment playing your game at present, also I am missing out on multiple personal check points and letting down my clan mates.  Let's not even get onto the subject of ample recompense as we all no Plarium have no interest in being fair and common sense doesn't prevail

Concentrate on sorting out the basics first and foremost

Hello ... none of my clan can log in thru FaceBook ... its  been days now and we cant get any answers ... does anyone know what is going on?

It strikes me that If  you are no longer dealing with technical support on the forum because you have returned that function to where it used to be ,then this section would seem to be redundant and could be disabled, and instead just post a message to that effect with the link to the dedicated team .

Welcome.

I have noticed that, but few will be programmers and have real insight into how difficult or not  the task might be.

The current forum format is relatively new,and if there were plans to move the technical support away,it would have made more sense to do these things at the same time,so a bit of foward thought might be useful too.

Been at this before, but i have not done anything about it. Because as long as firefox been able to run the game it only come up, in those periods where they been down. You know what they say, newer change anything already working. 

Now with Flash ending support i would very much like to be able to link my towns to the Plenarium player, so i do not find myself cut off one day when trying to log into the game.

I still got acces to the towns in firefox through armor games log in, but they need a new genuine email adress for me to add them to the player. So the question is, how do i link the towns with a new email? I read about the Plenaium player, but i found nothing there.

I could do as they say above contact support directly, but i imagine i am not the only one with this problem so no reason not to help others in same situation. In case i missed some explanation somewhere.

The below is what is causing the problems:

1: I have 2 towns linked to the same mailaccount. In the past, with the old version of Plenarium play i got acces to them both! The newest one if i logged out and back in again immediate, and my main if i logged in after having been offline for some time. As a backup for firefox it was working for me even if i newer got acces to the small new town in firefox. With the latest updated version of Plenarium play, i only got acces to the new town, i can no longer bring my main forward.

The above happened when the plenarium player was first introduced.

2: The above mail is fictive, but the real one has been closed down by the provider, and i doubt i might be able to get acces to it again, even if i am talking with there support.

This is the error I am currently getting.

I was signed in, scanning for level 9 tiles. Our kingdom had won 1st place in Kingdoms battle: Fury.

I received a low memory error, so I cleared cache. When I went to login it gave me the above message, telling me no account was linked to the address. The account I had been logged in to approx 15 seconds before. 

Currently I am in communication with tech support. The questions include: What browser, whats your ip, try using a different login, how much gold do you have? Basically they don't know and are buying time. Luckily they added a week to my shield, which was almost expired. 

So they can access the account, and know it exists, but I can no longer login. 

Is this a known glitch or a random happening I get to be party of?

It is no glitch, it is well known what causing the problem. If you was one of those players who tried to launch your town with the new Plenarium launcher in spring when none of the browsers where working. Then you got the problem. The launcher where not working as intended either. It did not log you into your main town, but launched a new town instead. There is post about it on the forums from back then, if you are interested in history. Since the web browsers got back online it was no longer a problem back then even if you got two towns linked to the same mail as the armor games login was still genuine. 

If the new Plenarium player had accepted armor games login, then the players could have set a new mail themself logging in with there armorgames account and then changing there email account linked to the town. I suppose that would have worked, but i am no programmar.

I think it would solve the problem too, if you make a new email account and then ask support to link the town to that email, then you can log in again using that.

If you find a solution, i would like to hear about it, because i would be needing it too. That is if the browsers no longer being able to run the game. I hope it will not come to that.
