I know players have had problems with purchases before, but I cant recall anyone writing that it hadnt been properly resolved.

this is a mess i have gone back and forth between google and plarium both claiming the other is responsible for the refund.

its been 3 weeks +

Apart from whatever arrangements exist between the two companies involved,the information given,would suggest that you didnt receive the pack,otherwise there would be no argument. 

So the case seems simple.

I would imagine that only the game can check if the pack arrived,and hough I could be wrong here, only the game can send packs ,and logically only the one(s) that got the money can refund it.

Did you check with your bank , money source ,who the fee went to?

This ever happen too anyone else???

This is ridiculous plarium had told me 3 times google play has to refund the money on the 19.99dollar pack I bought that I never recieved N google emailed 3 times that plarium is the one responsible to replace my money....... 3 weeks so far since this started......f ing what is really going on here??????
