The new event is called Paladin Cohort

Unfortunately, you can't train these troops because they came to our game from the other game called Throne: Kingdom at War.

Based on  the knowledge of how far I have progressed in the Paladin Cohort quest, it seems that all the names of the oppostion forces and espionage are not those found in the game and it's just a question of using those you already have at the appropriate level to defeat them.

Thank you guys for the info. Appreciate the help, looks like i'm stuck on lvl 41 as i only have Lvl 6 troops.

I passed level 41 first attempt and I dont have anything more than level 6 troops either. You should have won some 3250% troop number boosts by now that should allow you to seriously outnumber the level 4 paladins with your level 6 troops. Add all your best boost, hero / shaman gear etc to maximise your strength and minimise your losses. (In fact my scouts are only level 3 and 4 and lost less influence than my level 6 troops).

But at some point you will get to a level where the rewards don't justify the expense and you will just have to wait until your troops have grown stronger.
