As a result of this post, I have looked back through about 2 years of messages and can find no obvious title that would suggest this change.

It's possible that it is buried in some text somewhere, or a system message overlooked or missed.

It doesn't seem that long ago that, a player asked this question and was advised on how to decrease their stock.

Also someone said in a kingdom,' I want to get rid if resources so I can move', there was no mention of  the actual reserved quanity involved.

Though I would agree  on the inflation element, I am not so sure that this should make a difference, sounds more like another ruse to be abused  by certain types of players.who do this kind of thing.

Like the one in your Kingdom who has hopped in and hops around.
