You need those Charm of Baggi the Big to upgrade the Shaman Baggi. The other two are just chests you buy to get a random material. Th same material you get for free by killing Invaders. I would recommend you not buy any of those as you'll need those Clan points for other better things. Relocations.... shields.... etc.

You will need the charms of Baggi the Big for this shaman  and a shaman can only be summoned by  the use of these charms after  you have built two further buildings  after reaching Palace 12.

There seems to be a strange way of recording shaman charms, and it's one of many things that cannot be activated as indicated. 

There is a special way to use them that you will see when the shaman is available to call or upgrade.

The other two items can be bought from the clan  store. This would appear to be a left over from the time that they withdrew these two invaders from global map appearances, players still needed the gear they dropped, and this was the only way you could obtain it. 

You do not need to worry about them, unless you want to make centurion , or barbarian gear for your hero and you want to buy the coffer, which will contain a piece of equipment that you might need. 

These two invaders appear on the map again so you can kill the invaders to get their special materials or by killing the 2 ubers that are the composites that contain them, otherwise you might get their equipment from  the invader lairs.
