This pos game just cost me cvc. I would like to hear why the log in gets hung up on 18% every time I try to log in with ten minutes or less left in cvc.  Because of this, I was not able to finish training just one batch of troops. That was the difference in my cvc outcome. Had I been able to finish just one batch of troops ( or even just one troop ) it would have given me the cvc victory. This has been going on since your new update. Every evening at 10 minutes till 8pm, (the closer I get to 8pm, the longer it takes to get past 18%), the game comes to a halt at 18% of log in. Tonight I tried signing on at 7:56pm, the game stopped at 18% until 8:02pm. I am fuming Plarium. Please get back to me with an explanation and a fix.
