1. General Provisions

1.1. The "Coupons" activity takes place in the official Vikings: War of Clans communities from December 2 to 29 inclusive.

1.2. The number of coupons is limited. Coupons are granted at the discretion of the community administrators.

1.3. Coupons may be used only within the official Vikings: War of Clans communities and only during their specified validity period.

1.4. By participating in the activity, the player confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.

2. Platforms Where the Activity Applies

2.1. Coupons may be granted and used in the official game communities on the following platforms:

• Facebook
• Discord
• Instagram
• Telegram
• YouTube

2.2. The specific conditions for earning and using coupons may vary depending on the platform and activity format (post, contest, stream, chat, etc.). The details are provided in announcements on the corresponding platform.

3. Participants

3.1. The following players may participate in the activity:

• Those with an active Vikings: War of Clans game account
• Those able to contact community administrators via private messages

3.2. Participants must follow:

• The game rules
• The rules of the relevant platform (Facebook, Discord, Instagram, Telegram, or YouTube)
• The rules of the game communities

3.3. The administration reserves the right to refuse to grant a coupon to or accept it from participants who violate the rules or demonstrate toxic behavior.

4. Receiving Coupons

4.1. Participation in the activity does not guarantee receiving a coupon.

4.2. Decisions regarding granting coupons are made by the community administrators based on their judgment, and these decisions are final.

4.3. Coupons may only be granted by official community representatives: Lars, Frida, Ivar, the community administrators on Instagram and Facebook, Torin, and other designated administrators.

5. Using Coupons

5.1. Each coupon has:

• A title
• A type (rare, epic, or legendary)
• A description of what it grants
• The recipient's nickname/name and user ID
• A validity period
• A unique identifier (a coupon code)

5.2. To use a coupon, the player must:

• Save the coupon (its image)
• Contact an administrator
• Provide the coupon
• Clearly specify how they want to use the coupon (which reward, which contest, etc.)

5.3. The administrator checks the coupon in the internal system and:

• Either confirms its use and activates it
• Or declines its use, stating the reason (the coupon is expired, already used, or not applicable to this activity, the rules have been violated, etc.)

5.4. Some coupons allow players to do the following:

• Change the reward within a certain pool
• Request a specific type of reward
• Gift the reward to another player
• Receive the right to automatically win a contest, etc.

The exact conditions for each coupon are specified in its description and/or in the rules of the corresponding activity.

6. Limitations and Prohibitions

6.1. Coupons may not be sold or exchanged for money, services, or other valuables. Any attempt to sell/exchange a coupon may result in its cancellation and actions taken against the community member who attempted it.

6.2. Coupons may not be transferred to other persons unless explicitly stated in the description of a specific coupon (e.g., coupons that allow gifting the reward to another account).

6.3. It is prohibited to:

• Counterfeit coupons or alter their appearance, text, date, or the recipient's data
• Use someone else's coupons
• Attempt to use the same coupon multiple times

6.4. The administration reserves the right to:

• Cancel a coupon if there is suspicion of fraud or other abuse
• Refuse to activate a coupon in case of gross violations of game or community rules, even if the coupon was previously granted

6.5. Coupons that lift a community ban do not apply to certain violations (e.g., bans for threats, fraud, etc.). This is indicated in the coupon description and determined by the administration.

6.6. On one platform, you may receive only one coupon of each type. At the same time, one player may collect several different types of coupons.

7. Coupon Validity Period

7.1. Each coupon has its own validity period. After it expires, the coupon becomes invalid and cannot be used.

7.2. The general period of the "Coupons" activity is from December 2 to 29. However, some coupons may remain valid longer (e.g., until a specific date in January). This will be indicated in their descriptions.

7.3. The player is responsible for using the coupon before its expiration.

8. Liability and Other Conditions

8.1. The administration is not responsible for:

• The inability to use a coupon for reasons beyond the administrators' control (account access issues, technical failures on platforms, etc.)
• The player's incorrect interpretation of the coupon description or usage conditions

8.2. The administration reserves the right to:

• Change the conditions of the "Coupons" activity
• Add to or shorten the list of coupons
• End the activity early if necessary

Changes will be announced in the official communities.

8.3. In all disputable situations, the final decision is made by the Vikings: War of Clans administration.
