First, you can't see VIP level, at least on the browser version  in the game anyway,so unless they bring back what they took away, then that's a no go. 

Ivar seems to understand what yoou mean by ''And can there be added similar thing as boosts have to hero&shaman energy?''  but I don't know what you mean.

Finally how would the game know how much energy to add if you don't?

I do not know if it could be programmed otherwise but  it seems to fail on two counts.

#1 It would have to know  if your were 1 hit killing or sustained killing.

#2 The amount of energy used can vary, when loaded with enough to make a 1 hit kill it might  not use all of it ,as it might not with sustained hit killing, because of critical hits obtained.

Its kinda annoying to go through and apply each energy pack (5000, 2000, 1000, 500, 200, 100)

Calculating the number of boosts to complete the required time is much more complicated than filling the energy tank.

I thought you were wanting to work out the correct energy for one kill,and as you are not I can see how it might help you.
