If you live and work on the west coast of North America you have one possible time slot out of 7 that you might be able to particapte in. It starts at 7pm pacific and ends at 10pm, which is 10pm/1am eastern where more than half of your clan is from usually. The other 6 slots are in the middle of the night and day. 

Shorten the event from 3 hours to 2 and make more time slots so more clans can particapte, North American ones that is... if you are from Russia there are plenty of times
