The Moment to Change things PLARIUM

Good evening Plarium or who ever this will read,


As simple as it is Plarium, now its time to solve something with us Players, its your turnnow...its maybe to late for alot of us, but indeed  we are still here.

The last couple of months we are running updates over updates, events over events. Well, we like to play them, if we are able to play them. but we arent able...what the past fury happend, shouldnt be happend ever... A wasted event, trillions of wasted troops, millions of wasted boosters.... yeah i know you give us a unique reward like a small 10€ pack...well, less then a 10 € pack...

But Plarium what is going on in your minds to realse such an update 1 day before a fury event and then this will happen. dont come along with we dosent know this will happen... You could have Beta test servers and test it before doing such a thing.... 

Towers dosent show up 3 hours, marches stuck in towers and and and and and... WHAT the hell is going on guys. We paying for 3250 march boosters money and everything we got told is dont activate them if you dont see towers. get the fucking game running, do your job on that thats what we also pay for or isnt it the truth.

We are Tired of execuses, we are tired of 1000 bla from this as execuse, we are investing tausends of € ( well or  any other money what ever a players country is ).

The average of a 18 T clan in a fury by used troops by each player is between 500 and 700 MILLION t7 troops. Take the rzz costs and booster costs and then look of what you guys gave us for nothing ...

Week by week we are spening hours over hours, cash over cash in that game we love, so make it that we still love it again.

The Rewards during events are finaly a joke compare to what we are spending in an event, Grow them up as fast as you can, i dont say we whant to play whole game by free, but make it interessting for us more interessting. Raise tile rzz for smaller players to grow faster.

Bring back fury like in the first days. more tiles more ppl will be able to do there events.. more events will be done more troops will be killed , more packs will be bought. it is that easy to make us all happy, but atm you guys putting us in a corner with 2 spots... take it or leave.... I BET option 2 isnt what you finaly whant.

Im playing close to 5 years now and ill be here the next 5 if you guys let us feel your support on the community.

Most of us are talking to MAGNUS and he is doing a great job by trying al his best, but he isnt the person who can change those thins... its US as community and you as Company.

Well, im sorry my englisch isnt the best, my main Languange is german but just that you know it, we will bring up this thread in all chats we know, all communitys from vikings and where ever we are able to do.

 agree with everything, that's being said. 

It does feel like you don't care about us your customers at all. Your customer service is awful. 

And you think that (already pointed out) a £10 pack will make it all better. Even thou the boosts wasted the aesirs wasted everything wasted is worth way more than that.

The  last  fury  was  a  joke  

I  haven't  seen any towers  and when I  saw  them  they  were  already  on  Fire . my  os  was  stuck in  a  Ghost  tower  👍  according to  Magnus ,  we  don't  even  get  compensation  for  something  like  that  ?  Then  i  won't  spend  any  more  money  on  the  game

The last furry was not playable for many and as Leo said something has to change. Otherwise, more and more players will give up the game because they no longer enjoy it, but the problems only annoy one.

I agree. Wasted several 3250 march boosts . Lvl 1 showed up for me and everyone is on lvl 5 towers. 

Getting tired of the same response to clear cache etc... It is not our connection if it happens to everyone. Tens of thousands of dollars spent over few years and the  game is not as enjoyable as it was.

Yes I agree this was probably one of the WORST furies I've ever witnessed. Waste of money! I won't be spending any more money on this game until plarium starts taking us seriously and fixes their system.

Give  them  a  break,  it  gets  very  frustrating for  plarium when  theyre  trying  to  fix  things  but  they  keep  getting  blue  circles

The problems with Fury has been going on for months and months. I have  aresponse from several months ago from Plarium:

"Thank you for providing us with this information.
We are already aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Please note sometimes it takes a long while to solve the issue and therefore this thread will be closed. "

No offers of compensation, not even an apology. They admit that the product we are paying good money for is faulty, but because it affects everyone, then they say they cannot offer compensation.or it "would affect the balance of the game."  What total BS. 

What makes matters worse is, even though they know Fury towers are not working properly, they insist on having Fury more frequently. We have had two or three months of Fury in the past year. We might even be in the middle of yet another month of Fury. We have had Fury for the past two weeks and we still do not know whether we are going to be havig another Fury in 4 days time, because the events schedule is not yet out for this week.

Time to give EVERYONE in the game some proper compensation and time to stop bringing out new stuff before you fix Fury!

the 3250 March  Boosts have changed the way the gamed played.

 In fact this change is long overdue.

Players have been reaping the benefits of being able to launch 1 or 2 man OS ever since the 950 onslaught headcount and 450 March boosts came out while the rest of us wished we could demolish the Warbloc and resize it.

More players are now capable of killing towers without needing to be in a large Clans. 

when you have players all around the world on different internet connections spamming on the same  locations someone is going to get screwed and someone's going to be lucky

in fact it almost reminds me of the pier to  Pier servers Call of Duty uses which gives an advantage of less lag to a "random" host player, rather than using a dedicated server which is in a static, central location... 

the perfect example would be watching the kill camera and saying to yourself that's not how it happened on my screen on the other players camera he was already shooting at me before I came around the corner on mine.

They say check our internet connection. We are connected. Its not youtube or facebook that are buffering. Its only the world in which Vikings is played. 

The question is who are we connecting to? Our OS Host in Europe? A russian enemey players ISP on the other side of the world? Is it pier to pier? Is there lag compensation?

Or does plarium have a dedicated central server or servers that all players no matter where they are located must connect to? 

We are all investors into this game. 

Some of us have spent thousands of dollars and months worth of valuable time logged in.

 The last thing we want is for people to stop investing,but people are feeling cheated out of troops which cost us REAL MONEY.

When people engage in competition with other players they expect it to be fair and balanced. They expect a neutral referee. They expect each team to have a roughly even amount of FOULS called..

and when they see other clans (esp. russian ones) having no problems setting and sending onslaughts and others are completely incapable of seeing towers one can only wonder why is this the case? 

If you want people to continue fighting and spending money it would be in your best interest to be honest and forthcoming with us about the way your servers are set up. 

Peer-to-peer is not a suitable connection for ensuring Fair competition especially when players are located all over the world. 

Plarium take those millions and invest in getting or upgrading designated servers. Only then can you make the case that the players connection is to blame and NOT yours.

For fellow Americans, rather than get on here and complain, I would suggest that those who feel cheated and robbed of troops, which you pay real money for, settle your personal grievances privately and directly. For that I would direct your attention to the very bottom of the website and read the arbitration agreement.

As  long  as  their  are  players  whiling  to  spend  money  on  those  packs  don't  expect  them  to  fix  anything.  As  long  as  clans  that  are  in  the  top  20  percentile  of  this  game  keep  them  in  business  they  won't  adjust.

Basicly  we  are  a  competitive  race,  seriously  who  here  is  really  whiling  to  not  spend  any  more  money  on  this  game?

How  many  clans  out  there  has  given  the  no  spend  order?  I  can  say,  none.

Holmgang  comes  in  many  rush  in  to  play  there,  seriously  did  you  expect  this  to  run  smoothly?  With  plariums  track  record?

They  are  incapable  to  do  a  proper  roll  out  of  new  functions.

They  are  incapable  of  fixing  old  problems.  Their  answer  is  to  placate  us  with  form  letter  responses ,  and  develop  new  areas  in  which  for  us  to  spend  more.

Why?  Human  nature!  No  one  wants  to  be  at  the  bottom  in  any  game,  business,  or  just  life  it  self.

You  want  them  to  fix  whats  broken?

You  have  to  form  an  allegiance.  Simply  complaining  has  gotten  us  no  where.

 I  have  been   here  now  going  on  6  yrs.  Have  seen  things  gotten  worse  by  every  new  update .  More  and  more  complaints,  more  and  more  spending  their  money  here  to  what  end?  So  we  can  feel important  in  our  clans?  So  we  don't  get  left  behind  on  new  updates?

Theres  a  simple  solution,  do  you  all  want  a  smoother  running  game?  Make  the  sacrifice  to  put  a  hold  time  of  spending,  Chiefs  and  elders  need  to  communicate  around  the  Viking  community  to  organize  a  unity  of  a  time  period .

Keep  complaining,  keep  sending  out  tickets,  but  don't  expect  the  results  you  want.

We all systematically receive the same response from support, which "reassures" us that you are aware of the bugs, and which invites us to be patient again and again.

At the same time, you are offering us new features that are sometimes strange, sometimes interesting, but always more expensive and full of bugs.

Instead, please (finally) read the "devour23" comment appropriately and with respect.

The #209 clans also encountered the same issues during the Last Fury.

Imagine our frustration when your support tirelessly responds to us, taking us for fools.

The vast majority of the players who speak out have been here for several years and have participated in this game to the tune of several thousand dollars / euros / Russian rubles.

Don't you think it's time to listen to your community before it crumbles?

You know that players are reselling their accounts when they leave Vikings.
In a few months (after Helheim), the average price of a good account has been divided by 4, and buyers are increasingly scarce. This is a telltale sign.

You have certainly reached the limits of what is bearable for many of us.

Quickly learn to question yourself:
- fix your bugs,
- stop favoring new features over corrections,
- propose events where training troops is accessible at cost (such as boosts 50% of training time, already performed once).

After this last disastrous Fury, you launch a new event even more expensive in troops, while all the players have found themselves emptied of their reserves ...

Finally, show us that you can actually "listen", and not just mechanically respond to typical messages from support.

You changed the Leagues and rewards in CVC. yeah great rewards well done, but that you raised the personal CVC Points by times 3 and the Clan CVCPoints by times 2 you didnt say anyone,

There would be sooooo easy solutions and sooo many ideas abbout all the stuff ingame but NOONE is Listening to the Community, if there would be, then we would get answers. im Talking with MAGNUS now close to 5 years. im here in the Forum, im on the VIP support EMail why is no one of you able to talk ? why is no one able to ask, ok what is going on what is the community saying and why is that. WE WANNE SPEND MONEY HERE BUT NOT FOR THAT ATM!!!!
