I'd suggest that when in Helheim pressing key M should bring one to map not town.
From what I can see there is no way to go:
map -> HH -> map
only
map -> HH -> town -> map
As for «clicking» one could have Map in Menu when in HH insted of HH in Menu (as one is already there).
