If you mean food,stone,lumber,iron or silver, this can be done already, but it isn't free to do so.

Given that they recently introduced connecting an account between browsers and mobiles which was also much requested, and implemented a few other things based on suggestions,I suppose its also feasible they will also add trading sometime as well.
