This is very helpful I am relatively new to this game and want to figure out how things work.Please be aware that I believe that these guides are misleading as it implies,they imply, it is much easier to get legendary items for the maximum bonus than it actually is .
Not any harder per se than the other types of pieces. Whats HARD about them is that they are Special Equipment and it takes a Clan a while to research all of them. Example : My Clan is pretty far along, SH lvl 4, and there are still 2 of these that I can't make yet because we haven't had the time to research them. I AM the only Killer specialist in the Clan but still......
