Of course I am now curious as to what the mistakes were.
Though it doesnt tie in with dropping different items,I think I remember seeing only 3 runes for each ghost.
There were 4 runes but they were different (and the build one was a knowledge one) ... so yea I did see what will come soon ... lolCIM said:

The new Ghost was slow to show on the global map, and the mistake corrected before I had the chance to notice anything amiss.
Did they mistype something, or just swop things over like they did previously, or something else?
When I was considering the choice of ghost to banish,I think I saw building and learning runes listed then, and before you flaggged the error,so I am not sure what you are saying.
The current information pages shows Plague Raven has 2 learning runes its hardly a secret.
