Do Support ever, acknowledge or respond to tickets.
I do not even get a auto receipt for my tickets to my email. I may spend time writing the support ticket and then it is sent, that is the last i ever hear or see of it.
Can support acknowledge tickets with an auto email so you can track your ticket if it isn't resolved.
I play another Plarium game and support there are brilliant, they resolve all problems very quickly and you can track your ticket.
