I have 2 days shield left from 7 days shield I put it before one week. When I came back today I found my shield is off and I lost 200M of all resources and about half million all types of troops.

No, I was offline when I was attacked. I left my city with 2 days and couple of hours shield then when i came back I found everything is gone and no shield.
It was the first time since I joined the game that someone gave me Bad Repute that reduces my offence - 10 and your defense -5 nine hours before I get attacked. I was wondering why he gave me this bad Repute although I have long shield but then when i was attacked everything became clear.

That's clever. At first I was going to say that that is just wishful thinking.. but then I remembered that when I last looked at a low level town it said you can attack but you won't get trophies. I never made the connection. You can create an alt bank account, keep it below 6 and not have to worry about maintaining shields on it. nice.
