I am getting the same massages, I have not been able to log in for almost a week now, on this 32-bit computer.

 lucky me i have a newer 64-bit one,,, there it is no problem.

 Sad the plarium do not care about us using older computers, about half of the fellows in my clan is down because they cant log in anymore... thinking about moving on to an other game... too much bugs, connection problems, and such... 

I do not want to quit the game. I want to solve the problem so I can enjoy the game. I spent some money in this game and now I will see how these people respect these consumers.

Unable to log in since the weekend. I will never play or reccommend a Plarium game to anyone because of this.

Game takes a lot place in RAM (yes, it's poorly optimized) that's why your RAM not enough for it. But here you can download Plaruim app so it might help https://plarium.com/en/plarium-games/

This situation might occur if you have a 32-bit version of the Windows operating system and you have insufficient RAM. Please try closing all not used applications and tabs in your browser before launching the game.
