Now how is it you can escape an enemy assault by teleporting but you get locked down if resources are coming. Sounds like they need to allow it or not allow it for BOTH

And what about shield? Peace treaty costs just 1k gold and relocation costs 3k gold.

yep, me 2 dude. I usually buy shield as part of a chest (for 3 days), it's the most cheap and effective way, but if I don't need so long bubble I buy it in the clan's shop.
