I had a similar issue when i first joined and took 7 pac's just to have 2 of them not show up. When I sent in my complaint it took them a week to reply and then they asked me to prove I had the pacs. That  tells me right away that the support group is not in the same building as the administrators and most likely being shopped out overseas. How can I trust a company that immediately blames the customer for problems with your coding?  When you do finally instate my paid for pacs I amy change my mind but till then you are off the list and will not ever get another cent. If I don't get a response that is reasonable then I will publicize this across my gaming  network of contacts so they don't make the same mistake with any of your games.  Totally your choice and totally under your control. You took the money now give the package, is this too much to ask???
